13：30 荷物を置き、兵馬平散策に出発。
宿から600メートル離れたキャンプ場がよい。朝日岳方面の分岐のところで休憩。
14：30 姫負峠
14：45 カモシカ平
15：05 鉱山道分岐
15：27 蓮華の森分岐。キャンプ場の側。
15：40 蓮華温泉ロッジ着。
16：00 仙気の湯入浴。そのあと黄金の湯もよる。
17：30 夕食
6畳間に3名の相部屋。
